- Returns
- Eligibility: You can return products that you don't want anymore within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- How to Return an Item
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at email customersupport@francky.com.au to initiate a return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.
